Balance-A short poem

Poem:-

Eat like a giant or starve like a beggar,

Sleep like Kumbakarnan or be wakeful like an owl at night,

scurry like an ant or be submerged under the pillows like a hippopotamus under water.

It's always one end or the other,

But never in the middle;

For middle is unsettling.

But it is the right place to be.
